Boutique Apartment

Located in the heart of a vibrant and youthful neighborhood in Rome, this small apartment is a perfect example of how a compact space can be transformed into a welcoming oasis for a B&B. The owner, Clio, approached us with the idea of creating a unique and colorful place, in tune with the lively energy of the area, characterized by artistic graffiti and a creative community.
The apartment, already internally laid out and featuring basic finishes such as flooring and bathroom tiling, has been enriched with everything needed. Using a color palette ranging from deep blue to ash green, with touches of yellow and orange, we created spaces that blend harmoniously, offering a warm and stimulating atmosphere.
Curved shapes, carefully detailed surfaces, and thoughtfully designed furnishings in every corner are intended to make guests feel at home, while still adding distinctive touches of originality.
This small apartment is not just a place to stay, but a little world of its own — ready to welcome travelers seeking a refined experience, even in their temporary home.

Situato nel cuore di un quartiere vibrante e giovane di Roma, questo mini appartamento rappresenta un esempio perfetto di come uno spazio ristretto possa essere trasformato in un’accogliente oasi per un B&B. La proprietaria, Clio, ci ha accolti con l’idea di creare un luogo particolare e colorato, in sintonia con l’energia vivace della zona, caratterizzata da graffiti artistici e una comunità creativa.
L’appartamento, già distribuito internamente e con le finiture base di pavimenti e rivestimento bagno, è stato arricchito di tutto. Utilizzando una palette di colori che spazia dal blu profondo al verde cenere, passando per toni di giallo e arancione, abbiamo creato ambienti che si fondono armoniosamente, offrendo un’atmosfera accogliente e stimolante.
Le forme curve, i dettagli delle superfici e degli arredi curati in ogni angolo, sono pensati per far per far sentire gli ospiti come a casa, senza rinunciare a tocchi di originalità.
